Turbosmart IWG75 Ford Focus ST / XR5 2.5L Turbo – 7 PSI

Turbosmart upgraded wastegate actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory turbocharger. The IWG75 series features an increased working ratio over factory actuators, resulting in improved boost control and response throughout the RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger effective diaphragm surface area combined with optimised internal spring design. The result is greater control over boost and backpressure forces while maintaining excellent responsiveness.

When upgrading with the same base pressure as standard, you can expect a broader boost and torque curve, with peak boost achieved earlier and maintained longer into the rev range. Further gains are possible with higher base pressure setups, although tuning and recalibration may be required.
