The COBB Adjustable Shift Plate is designed to shorten gear lever throw while retaining the factory shifter assembly. COBB's revised Focus ST/RS design provides selectable 20%, 30% and 40% throw-reduction settings, visible adjustment markers, simplified hardware and a set screw to secure the plate around the factory shift weight.
