CFD-Optimized CAI Kit with velocity stack for Ford Fiesta ST150

This intake kit for the Ford Fiesta ST150 was engineered with one goal in mind: maximum airflow and consistent low intake air temperatures. It is a true cold air intake system that delivers optimal performance, especially when paired with lower and upper cold air feeds, ensuring a steady supply of cool ambient air instead of engine bay heat.

At the heart of the system is an intake elbow 3D printed from PAHT-CF (carbon fibre reinforced high-temperature polymer). This advanced material offers exceptional strength and thermal stability, withstanding temperatures up to 194 °C, making it ideal for both demanding street and track use.

The elbow geometry was refined through CFD airflow simulations to maximize flow velocity and minimize turbulence, improving volumetric efficiency compared to conventional open intakes with generic bends.

An integrated 103 mm velocity stack further enhances performance by smoothing airflow into the engine and significantly reducing inlet losses.

·           1x Reinforced silicone hose for the PCV system
·           1x Silicone coupler – attaches elbow to the throttle body
·           5x Hose clamps included for all hose connections
·           1x Lower intake scoop with hardware
·           1x Hose for lower intake scoop
·           1x Upper intake scoop with hardware (nice bolts)
