Scorpion versus Milltek exhausts: the quick answer
Scorpion is often the natural choice for owners who want an assertive, recognisable exhaust note, strong visual options and a system that feels at home on a modified Fast Ford. Milltek is frequently favoured where a more refined tone, close attention to OEM-style fit and a discreet performance finish matter most.
That is a useful starting point, not a rule. Each manufacturer offers resonated and non-resonated options across parts of its range, while selected applications also have valved systems. The exact system matters more than the badge on the tailpipe. A non-resonated Milltek can be louder in the cabin than a resonated Scorpion on another platform, so compare like for like on your specific model.
Sound is the deciding factor for most owners

Check the listed tailpipe diameter, number of outlets and bumper compatibility before ordering. A system for a standard rear valance may not suit an aftermarket diffuser, and a conversion-style rear box is not a substitute for buying the correct exhaust for the car.
Fitment is more than the model name
“Focus ST exhaust” is not enough information.
